We are currently recruiting a Personal Support Worker for our female client with Multiple Sclerosis who requires assistance with Activities of Daily Living. She is an independent, gentle individual who values a qualified yet warm relationship with her PSW. Someone patient, flexible, with a calm presence would be ideal. As soon as possible

Location:
Victoria (Near James Bay Community Centre) Shifts & Hours of Work:
3 days per week
3-hour shifts either 10AM to 1PM or 4PM to 7PM
Flexible for the right candidate Compensation:
$24 to $25 per hour Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
Personal care including showering preparation and support, dressing assistance
Medication assistance (reminders)
Maintain a clean and organized home
Meal preparation, cooking and meal planning
Assist with passive stretching exercises
Grocery and supply pick ups Required

Qualifications:
Caregiving experience required (minimum 6 months)
Comfortable working in an workplace with a cat and assisting with care tasks




Must be a non-smoker
First Aid and CPR certification an asset
Someone who is physically fit
