The Senior Stores Attendant oversees supplies for the Operating Room, PACU, Endoscopy, and MDRD. This role supports supply distribution through Oracle, EPIC/Connect Care, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Responsibilities include maintaining inventories, tracking transactions, monitoring quotas, and coordinating equipment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Order and receive supplies for operative services areas
Maintain warehouse and top-up cart inventories
Track transactions and monitor supply quotas
Facilitate repairs and loaner equipment arrangements
Maintain non-electrical equipment and capital purchase records
Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 or recognized equivalent
Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and accounting processes
Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical supplies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online systems
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work collaboratively
