This full time visiting nurse position supports clients from newborns through young adults up to 25 years. Registered Nurses and Registered Practice Nurses deliver home-based care for children with complex medical needs. The work emphasizes client and family-centred care, skilled judgment, accountability, and collaboration across community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor clients and reassess changing care needs
Develop and coordinate individualized nursing care
Support protected, quality-focused client care
Communicate concerns and condition changes to supervisors
Attend required team meetings

Requirements:
Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Recognized RN diploma, degree, or RPN diploma
Valid First Aid or CPR certification
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and role availability
Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
