Partner with operations leadership through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while supporting fabricating businesses in Kitchener and Sarnia.
This Controller serves as a trusted financial business partner to two custom plastic and metal companies. Reporting to the CFO, you will provide insights on pricing, job costing, inventory, project performance, and strategic planning. The position also supports due diligence, integration initiatives, and finance-team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze trends, risks, and prospects for decision-making
Present results and forecasts to senior stakeholders
Support pricing, job costing, inventory, and project performance
Participate in capital evaluations and strategic planning
Supervise,
coach, develop, and manage direct reports
Requirements:
Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience
Five or more years of progressive financial reporting experience
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Process-oriented approach to operational improvement
Due diligence and integration exposure considered an asset
Use financial analysis, operational insight, and leadership skills to strengthen performance across industrial fabrication businesses.
