Job Summary As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers with purchases, product questions, and a smooth checkout experience. You’ll use POS technology, explicit communication, and attentive service to help customers find suitable products and complete transactions accurately. Duties
Process purchases and returns using POS systems; handle cash and other transactions accurately, applying basic math.
Assist with retail sales, answer product questions, and demonstrate products to help customers make informed choices.
Maintain merchandising displays, keep the checkout area organized, and manage tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Use skilled phone etiquette and offer relevant upselling suggestions based on customer needs.

Qualifications Required: Strong customer service and communication skills, basic math, cashiering and cash-handling ability, POS familiarity, and effective time management and organization. English proficiency supports transparent customer interactions. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, including technology sales and product demonstrations; multilingual or bilingual abilities are valuable when assisting a diverse customer base. Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week Work
