The Assistant Manager works with the Manager to supervise shifts and daily operations at The McMurray Group’s A&W; Restaurants. You will support guest experience, financial performance, team development, food safety, and operational standards. The position requires restaurant management experience and English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise shifts and daily restaurant operations
Balance food quality, service speed, satisfaction, and costs
Schedule staff and oversee shift deployment
Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and food-handling practices
Support operations during the Manager’s absence
Requirements:
Five years’ restaurant management experience within ten years
Secondary school certificate or equivalent
Robust interpersonal and leadership skills
Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
