As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage daily AP activities for a publicly traded renewable energy company. Your work spans invoice review, payment processing, vendor inquiries, reconciliations, and close support. The position also contributes to automation, standardized procedures, internal controls, and accounting system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with NetSuite transition and AP workflow improvements
Maintain organized electronic records for AP transactions
Resolve duplicate invoices, discrepancies, and billing issues
Verify vendor banking information and payment instructions




Identify liabilities and accruals for period-end cutoff

Requirements:
Minimum five years of hands-on accounts payable experience
Experience processing high invoice volumes across legal entities
Solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize deadlines and follow outstanding items
Solid written and verbal communication skills

Use AP expertise, internal controls, and process improvement skills while supporting PowerBank Corporation’s accounting systems.
