Use QuickBooks Online, payroll, and financial reporting expertise as an Accounting Manager in North York. The work is full time and on-site.

This hands-on position owns the organization’s day-to-day accounting function and reports directly to leadership. Apply Canadian accounting practices, CRA filing knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Guide the accounting team, resolve discrepancies, and keep records accurate, organized, and ready for review.

Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, deposits, expenses, and vendor transactions
Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor cash flow and financial performance
Work with accountants, auditors, and skilled advisors

Requirements:
Certified QBO Specialist with Intuit ProAdvisor Level 2 or higher
Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
Hands-on full-cycle accounting and month-end close experience
Robust knowledge of Canadian tax, payroll, and HST
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and deadline management
