The Branch Manager is accountable for all assigned branch operations and restoration outcomes. You will establish client relationships, address concerns, coordinate project teams, and ensure services follow company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. The position also requires financial oversight, technology proficiency, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with clients, stakeholders, and insurance professionals
Resolve claim escalations and team discrepancies promptly
Drive informative communication across internal and external project teams
Conduct site inspections, audits,
and restoration shadowing audits
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery
Requirements:
Seven-plus years restoring water and fire damage
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency with restoration management software and relevant technology
Valid G Driver’s License and clean driving record
Bring disaster restoration knowledge, client service, and quality control leadership to ARS Responds Canada’s assigned branch.
