Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, fraud, and violations
Safely detain offenders under company and legal procedures
Conduct investigations and gather and analyze evidence
Partner with leadership to identify loss trends
Support compliance with security policies and provincial regulations
Requirements:
Valid Provincial Security Guard License
Understanding of Canadian criminal and property legislation
Experience with CCTV, surveillance tools, and Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication skills and qualified presence
Trustworthiness, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
