Serve Dartmouth customers with mechanical aptitude and parts expertise as a Parts Advisor supporting industrial equipment solutions. DAC Industrial Engines seeks a customer-focused qualified.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, this Parts Advisor supports inquiries, identifies products, processes orders, and strengthens customer relationships. You will work with the Parts Team and service department while learning industrial engines, equipment, components, and applications. Previous parts experience is an asset, but transferable mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in, phone, and email parts inquiries
Recommend products, alternatives, and equipment solutions
Process quotations, sales orders,
and transactions accurately
Navigate OEM platforms, catalogues, and supplier resources
Follow up on quotations, orders, and inquiries
Requirements:
Customer-facing experience in parts or related industries
Mechanical aptitude and equipment understanding
Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Microsoft Office and email proficiency
Ability to manage competing customer priorities
Bring customer service, mechanical knowledge, and parts coordination skills to DAC Industrial Engines in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
