Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate transaction implementation and investment documentation
Oversee compliance and operations across corporate and investment entities
Deliver financial and investment performance reporting
Coordinate legal, governance, and board reporting workstreams
Strengthen financial processes, controls, and payment procedures

Requirements:
CPA or equivalent with Big Four or comparable training
Degree in business or finance
Five years of post-qualification industry experience
