Your remit includes technical and executive appointments, market intelligence, and full-cycle recruitment. You will also support strategic client service and sector-focused business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Source niche mining and resources talent
Place geologists, engineers, mine managers, and executives
Provide market intelligence on talent and compensation
Ensure recruitment compliance with regulations and safety standards
Expand the specialist client base
Requirements:
Seven or more years in recruitment
Proven senior and technical mining placements
Advanced sourcing and ATS platform proficiency
Exceptional communication and business development skills
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience valued
Use specialist sourcing, market intelligence, and mining knowledge to deliver senior talent solutions across Kimberley and the Northern Cape.
