Use Excel and job cost accounting skills as a Project Billing Coordinator in Holland Power Services’ project-focused operations. Coordinate accurate invoicing for construction and utility work.

This coordinator prepares customer invoices and validates detailed supporting documentation. The work covers contracts, purchase orders, timesheets, equipment, materials, subcontractor charges, and expenses. You will collaborate with Project Services, Operations, and Finance to capture billable work, resolve discrepancies, and meet established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices under contractual terms and billing schedules
Validate timesheets, equipment, materials, charges, expenses, and documentation
Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with Operations and Finance
Maintain billing records, trackers, summaries,



and outstanding work reports
Support month-end billing, project setup, and project closeout activities

Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
Two to five years in project billing or job cost accounting
Experience preparing invoices and reviewing contracts and purchase orders
Solid Microsoft Excel skills for organizing and reconciling data
Attention to detail, organization, communication, and deadline management
