Shape Everist’s beauty growth through creator-led storytelling, social commerce, and performance marketing across DTC, retail, and emerging channels.

As a senior marketing leader, you will connect emotional brand building with data-informed decisions. Reporting to the Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer, you will guide campaigns, channel initiatives, and marketing operations. Your focus includes influencer programs, paid media, and consumer connection.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead creator-led content and TikTok-first growth initiatives
Evolve influencer and ambassador programs with performance focus
Drive organic social strategy supporting brand affinity
Ensure cohesive storytelling across DTC and retail touchpoints




Identify experiments and scale effective channel strategies

Requirements:
Six to eight years of progressive marketing experience
DTC or eCommerce brand and performance marketing experience
Meaningful-budget Meta and TikTok campaign oversight
Excellent storytelling and creative partner direction experience
Analytical approach to budgets and data-informed decisions
