This permanent position focuses on increasing parts sales, exchange components, and service solutions for regional customers. You will collaborate with maintenance planners, MSRs, and ISRs while supporting a team selling approach. The work also includes presentations, prospecting, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct presentations promoting Caterpillar parts and service
Collaborate with customers on Repair before Failure programs
Support Preventative and Predictive Maintenance solutions
Collaborate with MSRs and ISRs on team selling
Monitor competitive literature and advertising for fair pricing
Requirements:
Post-secondary education
Minimum five years in product support sales
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Written and spoken French and English is an asset
Use Caterpillar product knowledge, technical expertise, and sales experience to strengthen customer support and parts growth in Sudbury.
