The Senior Financial Analyst combines financial planning and analysis with general accounting oversight. This hands-on position supports plant leadership and functional teams throughout month-end close. It also advances accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Support annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation
Build financial models supporting strategic business objectives
Identify cost savings and operational improvement prospects
Review purchase orders and accounts payable processing
Support statutory filings, audits, and tax inquiries

Requirements:
Five years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
CPA designation or enrollment considered an asset
