Apply strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness expertise to AtkinsRéalis’s hydroelectric modernization project in Alma, Québec. This role is based five days weekly at the project office.
You will partner with project leadership to connect HR processes with the EPCM project plan. Your responsibilities include recruitment planning, employee engagement, development, change management, and compliance. Success requires collaboration across partner organizations, subcontractors, internal HR functions, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership on strategic workforce planning
Connect project plans with partner HR processes
Communicate staffing initiatives to project stakeholders
Develop organizational effectiveness strategies and implementation plans
Ensure HR policies, audits, reports, and procedures meet requirements
Requirements:
Over eight years of progressive HR generalist experience
Solid exposure to program implementation and facilitation
Ability to manage competing priorities independently
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions across project levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Use organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and compliance capabilities to support AtkinsRéalis’s coordinated project culture.
