This Accountant role supports clients across diverse industries with financial reporting and tax obligations. You will work closely with managers, partners, and colleagues on year-end files, reconciliations, corporate tax returns, and related functions. APA provides mentorship and support for employees advancing qualified goals, including CPA designation pursuits. The firm operates offices in Bathurst, Campbellton, and Miramichi, Current Brunswick.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with accounting, financial reporting, and tax matters
Prepare supporting documentation for year-end files
Collaborate with managers, partners, and colleagues
Deliver qualified communication to external stakeholders
Follow up with clients for required information
Requirements:
Commerce or business degree focused on accounting
CPA designation considered an asset
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
English and French bilingualism considered an asset
