This full time Procurement Coordinator works within The Fastener Group’s wholesale distribution model. The position supports inventory management for multiple branch locations and a centralized Distribution Center. Core work includes replenishment, demand planning, purchasing analysis, supplier communication, and record accuracy. Experience in distribution purchasing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales trends and inventory performance for buying decisions
Maintain optimal stock levels across branches and Distribution Center
Review supplier lead times and minimize inventory risks
Partner with warehouse, logistics,



and sales teams
Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, and inventory records

Requirements:
Minimum five years purchasing or inventory management experience
Experience purchasing across branches and centralized distribution
Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage competing distribution priorities
