Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hotel brand standards.
Supervise, manage, and coordinate daily housekeeping staff.
Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard recent employees.
Address staff performance issues and handle disciplinary actions and terminations when required.
Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, inventory, and equipment.
Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance departments to resolve room issues.
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare for brand inspections and quality assurance audits.
Ensure staff follow proper cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures. Work
