Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting as an experienced Bookkeeper with a North York distribution company. This hands-on position supports management closely.

Our client seeks an experienced Bookkeeper for a stand-alone accounting position. The work includes general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial-statement preparation. You will also support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting and maintain the general ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Complete bank, balance sheet, and ledger reconciliations
Maintain supporting schedules and accurate financial records
Coordinate year-end working papers with external accountants

Requirements:
12+ years of progressive accounting experience
Extensive knowledge of Canadian accounting practices
Solid reconciliation, reporting, and analytical skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently in a hands-on position
