Neurological rehabilitation expertise is central to supporting NMO patients across Oxford clinics, remote services, wards, and specialist outreach activity.

This Band 7 physiotherapist post supports the Oxford NMO multi-disciplinary team within a Nationally Commissioned Highly Specialised Service. You will provide autonomous assessment, formulate prognoses, coordinate interventions, educate patients and specialists, and contribute to coherent therapy and wellbeing provision.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide physiotherapy support for appropriate Oxford NMO patients
Coordinate multidisciplinary interventions and patient care reviews
Reassess patients and progress treatment effectively
Maintain accurate clinical records and discharge reports
Educate healthcare professionals on rehabilitation needs

Requirements:
Band 7 physiotherapist experience
Significant NHS physiotherapy experience
Relevant postgraduate qualifications
Advanced expertise with complex presentations
Ability to manage clinical risk autonomously
