Edmonton, AB (Preferred) Contract: 12 Months + Potential Extension Travel: Required to branch locations as needed We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Change Manager to support a technology rollout across multiple branch locations. What You'll Be Doing:
Lead change management activities for a multi-site technology rollout.
Work closely with branch managers, operational teams and frontline employees.
Develop change management plans, communications and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Conduct change impact assessments and support business readiness.
Coordinate training activities and help drive employee adoption.
Identify resistance to change and support smooth implementation across locations. What We're Looking For:
Solid hands-on organizational change management experience.
Experience delivering technology rollouts across multiple locations.
Ability to engage with operational teams and frontline employees.
Robust communication, stakeholder management and training support skills.
Willingness to travel to branch locations as required. Nice to Have:
Experience in heavy equipment, manufacturing, distribution, logistics or field services.
Prosci/ADKAR certification or experience.
