This Forward Deployed Data Analyst position owns configuration quality for new and existing customers. You will partner with clients and Customer Success to define how organizations measure work. You will translate business intent into transparent rules, configure software, and improve metrics, reporting, and analytics processes. Product and Engineering collaboration helps identify improvement opportunities and inform the roadmap.

Requirements:
Robust SQL and database knowledge

Experience translating business intent into testable rules

Client-facing implementation, analytics, solutions, or customer success experience
