As an Associate Specialist – Quotations, you will help develop proposals, bids, quotations, and documents describing Wesco products and services. This entry-level role supports project identification, material take-offs, pricing coordination, and final quotation submissions. You will work with sales representatives, suppliers, customers, and factory representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential projects for bid and compile material requirements
Prepare material take-offs for customer quotations
Coordinate information for final quotation submissions
Follow up on open quotations with sales teams and customers
Maintain catalogs, price lists, and project records
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Zero to two years of related experience
Solid math, analytical, communication, and organization skills
Robust computer skills and ability to travel up to 25%
