Bring leadership and laboratory analysis to Shared Health as a Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist at Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre.

This in-person clinical position supports HSC Clinical Chemistry within Manitoba’s coordinated health system. The successful candidate organizes bench duties, interprets results, troubleshoots methods, and communicates effectively. Supervisory experience, advanced academic achievement, and relevant courses are preferred assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform duties associated with the Senior Technologist position
Apply technical knowledge when interpreting laboratory results
Assess methods and troubleshoot technical concerns
Provide leadership while completing assigned bench responsibilities




Follow oral and written instructions with close attention

Requirements:
Approved Medical Laboratory Technology program graduate
Current CMLTM registration or eligibility for registration
Three years of recent related experience preferred
Effective written and oral English communication required
Ability to work shifts, weekends, holidays, standby, and callback

Use clinical laboratory expertise, leadership, and careful communication to contribute to HSC Clinical Chemistry services through Shared Health.
