The Supervisor of Parks reports to the Director of Parks and oversees municipal facilities and landscapes. Responsibilities span playgrounds, trails, boulevards, horticultural displays, sports fields, arenas, and arboriculture. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance across parks facilities and outdoor assets
Conduct frequent outdoor site inspections in varying weather
Handle enquiries, requests, complaints, and work discussions

Manage work with minimal supervision and solve daily problems

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in horticulture, parks, recreation, or related field
Five years’ supervisory experience in parks or equivalent
Ability to interpret landscape drawings and construction blueprints
Familiarity with asset management and municipal specifications
Intermediate Office 365, Infor, spreadsheet, and database skills
