This Regional Vice-President role oversees Vendor Sales and Direct Sales across an assigned Western Canadian region. Translate strategy into measurable results through business plans, budgets, forecasts, accountability routines, and disciplined deal structuring. Build senior relationships with equipment vendors, business clients, centres of influence, and industry stakeholders. Work with Commercial Banking and 1859, Credit, Operations, Risk, and other specialists to support effective execution, appropriate controls, and consistent experiences from origination through funding.

Execute regional market coverage and growth plans
Balance growth, client value, pricing, and return expectations




Build pipelines across sectors, segments, and geographic markets
Strengthen referrals between sales and Commercial Banking
Represent Equipment Finance throughout the regional marketplace

Requirements:
Experience leading multiple sales channels or teams
Previous equipment lending, leasing, or vendor-program exposure
Solid commercial credit and equipment finance knowledge
Experience with plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance measures
Sound judgment and transparent executive communication skills
