This supervisor position oversees fabrication activities and keeps production objectives on track. Responsibilities include setting plans, coordinating workers, reviewing drawings, resolving productivity issues, and preparing reports. The role also involves training operators, managing materials, supporting inventory control, and enforcing safety and sanitation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Set and update plans following the master production schedule
Monitor KPI trends and develop corrective action plans
Schedule workers and coordinate smooth production flow




Train operators on machinery, safety, and company policies
Resolve problems and recommend productivity improvements

Requirements:
Three or more years of relevant supervisory experience
Ability to read blueprints and program machining equipment
Experience with metalworking or forming is an asset
Solid written and verbal communication across organizational levels
Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing knowledge desirable
