CapitalCare’s Norwood Campus needs an executive leader focused on specialty programs, quality care, and operational implementation during daytime hours.

This Site Director position provides overall administration for the centre while supporting CapitalCare’s vision, mission, values, and strategic plan. You will guide health-care professionals, develop strategies supporting staff and programs, and promote effective, cutting-edge care. The position also oversees the second phase of Norwood.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for specialty program development
Implement quality person-centred care
Plan Norwood’s second phase operationally
Develop strategies supporting staff and programs
Support organizational direction through strategic thinking

Requirements:
Five years of progressive senior leadership experience
Current continuing care leadership experience
Specialty programs experience
Nursing degree and current CRNA or CRPNA registration
Functional planning experience is an asset
