This Implementation Manager role leads deployment and onboarding for Owner Relations’ software serving property managers and hoteliers worldwide. You will support pre-sale and post-sale activities, clarify requirements, coordinate internal teams, and guide customers toward launch readiness. The position combines team leadership with hands-on implementation work.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee deployments, configuration, onboarding, launch, and Support transitions
Coordinate Sales, Onboarding, Development, Infrastructure, Training, and Support
Prepare, clean, validate, import, and verify customer data
Ensure accurate plans, documentation, communication, decisions,



and handoff details
Support customer education on workflows and system usage expectations

Requirements:
Five or more years supporting SaaS implementations or software onboarding
Experience with web-based software platforms and customer implementations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, and sorting
Ability to transform and validate data for system imports
Skilled customer focus with solid written and verbal English
