Messer seeks a skilled truck driver for local gas deliveries, customer service, cylinder handling, and handheld technology use.
This Driver position supports Messer’s industrial and medical gas distribution network through daily customer deliveries. You will operate a 5- or 10-ton truck, manage cylinder records, reconcile agent consignment inventory, and represent the organization professionally. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly, with home-daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete multiple local customer deliveries each day
Handle loading and unloading of gas cylinders
Reconcile agent consignment inventory balances
Comply with government regulations and safety requirements
Wear safety equipment and report hazards
Requirements:
Class 3 or DZ license with air brakes
Minimum one year driving experience with school training
Minimum three years driving experience without stated training
Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
Valuable interpersonal and communication skills
Bring qualified customer service, truck-driving experience, and careful cylinder handling to Messer’s local delivery operations.
