You will interpret creative direction, guide retail teams, and deliver consistent presentations aligned with OAK + FORT aesthetics. Collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations, and store leadership supports product launches and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret creative direction for compelling in-store storytelling
Uphold OAK + FORT design and brand identity
Coach teams on placement, fixtures, presentation, and styling




Coordinate visual priorities with launches and campaigns
Review engagement and sell-through to inform strategies

Requirements:
Proven visual merchandising experience within fashion retail
