The GTS Data Steward is a senior individual contributor within Data & Analytics, reporting to the Senior Manager, GTS Data Governance. This position provides oversight across data risks, control gaps, regulatory expectations, and enterprise requirements. Success involves simplifying complex concepts, resolving barriers, and delivering shared outcomes without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and constructive challenge on data governance execution
Translate strategic priorities into practical controls and delivery plans
Monitor control effectiveness, progress, risks, and dependencies




Support audit and regulatory readiness with traceable evidence
Advise leaders on emerging data, technology, and regulatory risks

Requirements:
Seven or more years in data, risk, controls, compliance, or audit
Robust knowledge of data risk and governance practices
Experience with regulatory remediation or financial services preferred
Robust program delivery and dependency management skills
Excellent communication, judgement, organization, and strategic thinking

Use data risk oversight, control expertise, and explicit recommendations to strengthen governance and regulatory readiness across TD GTS.
