Barnhart’s Grande Prairie branch needs an apprentice for its maintenance team. You will service Link-Belt and Tadano cranes, trailers, trucks, and support equipment. The work covers electrical, fuel, hydraulic, suspension, and air brake systems without major engine or transmission rebuilds.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance
Complete oil changes, brake work, tire service, and suspension repairs
Support annual crane certification requirements
Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, hydraulic, and air brake systems
Record maintenance activities using logbooks and a tablet

Requirements:
First or second year Heavy Equipment Technician certification
Experience with heavy equipment or cranes preferred
Mechanical aptitude across multiple equipment systems
Ability to work independently and locally
Valid driver’s license
