This full time Journeyperson Sheet Metal Installer works in the Commercial Division. Apply your knowledge of duct systems, ventilation components, and sheet metal fabrication. The position also requires blueprint interpretation, secure tool operation, and travel to job sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and secure commercial HVAC duct systems and fittings
Interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project plans
Measure, cut, and bend sheet metal using tools
Inspect and test systems for proper operation
Maintain secure, clean work areas and equipment
Requirements:
Journeyperson Certification
Minimum three years commercial sheet metal or HVAC experience
Knowledge of duct systems and ventilation components
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Valid driver’s license and job-site travel ability
Bring commercial ductwork, blueprint reading, and sheet metal skills to Wiehler Mechanical’s Calgary Commercial Division as a Journeyperson.
