The Associate Dean supports Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing education. You will review programs, establish learning outcomes, advance recent initiatives, and maintain healthcare and community partnerships. The position also oversees faculty development, student concerns, operations, and College committees.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct curriculum reviews and implement related initiatives
Establish program learning outcomes and strategic alliances
Develop partnerships with educational and community institutions




Chair committees and represent the School provincially
Advise students and coordinate crisis management strategies

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Nursing
Minimum nine years of related administrative experience
Current positive-standing registration with the CNO
Extensive curriculum design and program planning knowledge
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and team-building skills
