Drive digital delivery for TRP’s major rail infrastructure project through BIM coordination, model review, and information management. Support design and construction workflows for the ECWE.
Trillium Rail Partners is seeking a BIM Coordinator to help implement BIM processes for the Stations, Rail, and Systems package. The role supports the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension, working with design consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. Key tools include Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Civil 3D, and Synchro, alongside CDE workflows and project standards. Experience with Power BI or scripting can support additional digital delivery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee information workflows within the Common Data Setting
Monitor compliance with client and project BIM requirements
Review 3D models for quality and consistency
Track conflicts through issue management and BCF workflows
Deliver BIM navigation and workflow training
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related built-setting discipline
Demonstrated BIM Coordinator experience on major projects
Knowledge of BIM principles, workflows, and ISO 19650
Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders
Power BI or programming knowledge is an asset
Bring model coordination, CDE workflow, and digital delivery skills to the ECWE’s integrated infrastructure program.
