Lead complex captures and proposal teams at Seaspan Shipyards while developing strategies for current and growing markets. The position begins onsite before optional hybrid scheduling becomes available.

As Director, Strategy and Business Development, you will guide opportunities from strategy through implementation and capture activity. You will support capture leads, build temporary proposal teams, and maintain customer relationships. Your work spans government markets, international growth, partnerships, and competitive export offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead capture and proposal teams
Oversee capture leads and proposal development
Maintain contacts with current and potential customers
Identify international market growth opportunities
Develop competitive export offerings with Seaspan teams

Requirements:
10+ years in complex business development or proposals
Experience leading opportunities over $10M, ideally $50M+
Knowledge of complex government markets
Strategic partnership and supplier arrangement experience
Solid Microsoft Office expertise
