Lead ServiceNow ITSM configuration and external-system integrations remotely, using REST APIs, OAuth, IntegrationHub, and Azure AD. This W2 contract is open to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
The senior technical consultant will focus on ITSM activities while supporting SAM Workspace and License Management delivery. Responsibilities include mapping source data, enabling discovery and reconciliation, and integrating multiple publishers and SaaS products. Stakeholder workshops and demonstrations are included.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on ITSM configuration activities across the engagement
Implement integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, and Azure AD
Build connections for Microsoft, Adobe, and custom SaaS publishers
Map source systems and APIs into ServiceNow
Provide advisory guidance and demonstrate configured functionality
Requirements:
Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM configuration experience
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, SAM, and IntegrationHub certifications
Robust written and verbal English communication skills
Willingness to complete training and fingerprinting
