This Senior HSE Coordinator role supports protected, compliant delivery while reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager. Based at the Cold Lake IOL Project, you will help project teams implement HSE Management Systems and Project Site Safety Plans. The schedule is five days on and two days off.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Managers and Supervisors with HSE systems
- Implement Project Site Safety Plans with project teams
- Analyze incident trends and recommend corrective actions
- Communicate emergency protocols, documents, and notices
- Hold direct reports accountable for HSE performance

Requirements:

- Three to five years of safety-related experience
- Completed college or technical school diploma program
- Knowledge of HSE MS systems and WCB processes
- Understanding of safety terminology and constructability
- Clear criminal background check and drug testing
