Serve Lethbridge patients through community primary care at My Family Doctor Clinic, with patient-panel development and shared call duties.

The practice is located in a current West Lethbridge facility serving a large area of Alberta’s south zone. Physicians accept and maintain patient panels while supporting CPCN initiatives and clinic quality improvement projects. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with expected hours of 32 to 40 weekly. A Friday evening walk-in clinic from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. is available for participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and accept a panel of patients
- Provide ongoing care for paneled patients
- Support Chinook Primary Care Network initiatives
- Participate in clinic quality improvement projects
- Share after-hours calls for clinic patients

Requirements:

- Family Medicine community or primary care practice
- Doctoral degree required
- CPSA license or demonstrated license progress
- CMPA malpractice insurance proof
- English reading, writing, and speaking ability
