Oversee milling operations in Vanscoy, Saskatchewan, coordinating production schedules, changeovers, equipment performance, and operator responsibilities across rotating shifts.

P&H; Milling is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its Vanscoy Pulse Plant. This full time permanent position leads mill operators producing and shipping bulk flour. Responsibilities include monitoring machinery, supporting troubleshooting, directing sanitation, and maintaining GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, quality, and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise milling operations and maintain production efficiency
- Coordinate product changeovers and scheduled flour production
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and minor maintenance




- Support operators with responsibilities and operational tasks
- Report food safety, quality, and security concerns

Requirements:

- Secondary School Diploma
- At least five years’ processing facility experience
- At least two years’ supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 kilograms
