Garland Commercial Ranges, a Welbilt brand, seeks a Finisher for its Operations Team. Based at the Mississauga facility, this full-time permanent position reports to the Production Supervisor. You will help maintain product quality through grounding work, corrective actions, and reported deviations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete assigned grounding work for production materials
- Carry out corrective actions to support quality
- Report deviations identified during work
- Maintain protected practices for yourself and others
- Work in other areas as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to interpret blueprints and use a tape measure
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Written and oral English aptitude
- Manual dexterity for manufacturing tool usage
- Willingness to work shifts and complete required training
