The Project Coordinator help plan, organize, and direct the activities of a project, under the direction of a Project Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize/schedule appointments for Project ManagerAssist Project Manager with any estimating or quoting requirementsHelp organize project manager work for various customers, ensuring each list is completedFollow up with customers to schedule additional work as requiredFollow up with customers regarding recommendations, planningField complaints, resolve where able, attend to as requiredMeet with customers when required to review contracts, any issues that may require attentionLiaise with sales to organize jobs. Includes but not limited to creating work orders, reviewing quotes to ensure complete information is included, and finding/creating/adding checklists/inspections as required.Provide update/feedback to the Project ManagerHelp prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with Engineers, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Answering telephones and directing customer enquiriesOrdering and supplying parts for technician & projects daily.Manage all documentation and help create documents as requiredCompile reports/records for customers following completion of jobs/pm's/contractsAttend meetings, give input,
