Lead long term care services in Rimbey as a CCH Type A Manager, using nursing leadership and clinical coordination skills. This regular full time position works days with on call coverage.

Reporting to the Seniors Health Director, the Manager leads operations at Rimbey Hospital & Care Centre. The position coordinates resident care, implements clinical guidelines, and supports secure, effective services. Key work includes staffing, budgets, quality assurance, stakeholder relationships, and patient concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day to day long term care operations
- Coordinate staffing and clinical work identified by the Director
- Implement clinical guidelines and standards of care
- Monitor budgets and complete monthly variance reviews
- Address patient concerns with transparency and respect

Requirements:

- Baccalaureate degree in nursing required
- Current registration with CARNA
- Five years supervisory experience within the last three years
- Three years LTC or Home Care experience within five years
- Valid driver’s license and current BCLS-HCP
