The Home Care Resource Coordinator works under the Manager Health Services–Home Care within the Home Care department. This non-clinical position recruits, orients, supervises, and evaluates Home Care Attendants while coordinating services for clients. The role supports efficient service delivery in accordance with program standards, policies, and client service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and orient Home Care Attendants
- Coordinate Home Care Attendants for client services
- Manage payroll processes for Home Care Attendants

Requirements:

- Health-related or Human Resources certificate or diploma
- Two years coordinating and scheduling human resources
- Two years supervising within a unionized environment
- One year recent community health supervision experience
- Valid Manitoba driver’s license and reliable vehicle
