You will lead high-profile highway infrastructure programs and provide senior direction across engineering, project strategy, and delivery. The work includes MTO assignments, P3 initiatives, and alternative delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning for MTO and alternative delivery programs
Represent the organization as a senior transportation advisor
Drive technical excellence, quality, schedule, and commercial objectives
Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, quality,



and risks
Champion innovation and sustainable highway delivery approaches

Requirements:
P.Eng. designation in Canada; Ontario preferred
Civil Engineering degree or related educational background
15+ years managing complex highway infrastructure projects
Robust understanding of MTO processes and requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
