Reporting to the Program Manager, this part time Occupational Therapist supports Rehabilitation and Supportive Care Services. The position serves clients in outpatient hand therapy, restoring or maintaining function across self-care, productivity, and leisure. You will manage a busy caseload while collaborating with clients, caregivers, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide consultation, assessment, treatment, evaluation, and follow-up
Establish individualized treatment plans and goals with clients
Prioritize daily issues using clinical judgement and decision-making




Educate and support clients, families, and caregivers
Contribute to occupational therapy student education and assistant supervision

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Licensure with the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia
Current BCLS certification
Solid oral and written communication skills
Custom splinting and fabrication experience considered an asset
